Bike Trails Maintenance
The City of Irvine Public Works Department regularly inspects and sweeps all off-street bike trails on a weekly basis. If you notice any problems on the bike trails, please contact the Street Maintenance Division with the location and observed problem, between 6:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at (949) 724-7600.

FasTrak/ The Toll Roads
FasTrak is an electronic toll-collection system used on tollways in California that allows drivers to drive through designated "FasTrak Only" lanes without stopping. The toll is automatically deducted from a prepaid account. With Transportation Corridor Agencies FasTrak, you can establish a FasTrak account with a credit card, or with cash.

Irvine Transportation Analysis Modeling
The current Irvine Transportation Analysis Model (ITAM) is used to estimate future traffic conditions, identify future roadway needs, and assess possible circulation system impacts of the City's new development and roadway improvements.
The Irvine Transportation Analysis Model is designed to meet regional model consistency requirements in accordance with the Sub-Area Modeling Guidelines Manual ("the Guidelines") developed by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA).

Public Transit Rail Schedule
Public Transit Rail Service for Irvine and surrounding communities is provided by Amtrak and Metrolink. Amtrak and Metrolink have routes that stop at the Irvine Station located at 15215 Barranca Parkway (at Ada Street).

Maintenance of railroad crossings is the responsibility of Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) and Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA), also known as Metrolink, the railroad companies that own the tracks. Together, they work to keep signs and signals functional and visible, as well as keeping the pavement well-marked and smooth for transport by both vehicles and trains. The Toll Roads/The Transportation Corridor Agencies
The Transportation Corridor Agencies were formed in 1986 to plan, finance, construct and operate Orange County's 67-mile public toll road system.

Transportation for Adults with Disabilities
In addition to regular public transportation, the Community Services TRIPS Program is the City's low cost, door-to-door transportation for Irvine residents (18+) who are unable to drive due to a permanent physical and/or cognitive disability. Registration and Eligibility Determination Required. The program currently has a registration processing period of up to 2 weeks for services that include: medical appointments, work, school, social, etc. Call for the availability of grocery shopping and senior center Shuttle Services.
