Irvine Police Department works with various courts to handle the needs of our citizens. Our jurisdictional court is Harbor Justice Center. They handle most misdemeanor and some felony cases brought against adults including traffic violations. Make the check payable to the "Clerk of the Court." Write your citation number on the check or money order. If you want to attend traffic school, write Traffic School on the check or money order. If you want to pay by Visa, Discover or MasterCard, mail the payment to the court listed on your citation.
In Person at the court location marked on your citation. Plan to appear on or before the date and time of your scheduled appearance. There is no grace period. Payment to the court can be with cash, money order, Visa, Discover or MasterCard. Please remember to bring your Driver's License or ID and your paperwork that has your case or citation number on it, and proof of insurance.
